We Raise Happy Maine Coons!

All of our Maine Coons enjoy ample space on our 13 acre farm. We have an indoor cattery and our cats and kittens also experience the joy of nature surrounded by forests, farm animals, and family. No small cages here! Early on, they learn to interact with other Maine Coons, dogs, chickens, cows, and goats. We pride ourselves in giving them the opportunity to live their best life chasing bugs, playing tag, and being the playful kittens God created them to be!

Our Story

Black Hawk Maine Coons is a veteran owned, family run business. We specialize in breeding genetically tested, TICA registered, European Maine Coons.

It all started with a dream to move our family to a farm and raise our own meat, milk are own cows, garden, and raise our own bees for honey. We prayed and God provided! We own a section of land on a former tobacco ranch. This place is beautiful, rich in history, and nestled in a quiet spot near town. We purchased an overgrown piece of land and created Black Hawk Farm. Our dream became a reality. If you were to visit our place you would find a farm bustling with life. Cows and goats graze in the pasture under the watchful eye of our livestock guardian dog, chickens scratch all over the yard, and we have lots of kids running around loving on our giant Maine Coons.

Every good farm needs a cat, which is what led us to the Maine Coon breed. I found European Maine Coons to be the most majestic, domestic cat that I have ever seen. Absolutely stunning!

We focused on breeding quality and spared no expense importing the finest cats from Europe, queens with championed bloodlines, all cats are disease/genetic tested, and some with gorgeous shaded lines.
